Sonicific values honest customer feedback and authentic creator content. We support genuine experiences and responsible communication while maintaining standards designed to prevent fake, fabricated, misleading, or artificially manipulated reviews and promotional content.
Reviews should reflect genuine experiences.
Sonicific does not require customers to provide favorable opinions, and legitimate negative feedback is not removed merely because it is negative.

- Affiliate commissions;
- Gifts;
- Promotional benefits;
- Other compensation.
Any review-related promotion or incentive must comply with applicable law and the rules of the platform where the review is submitted.
Negative Reviews
Sonicific recognizes that customers may have negative experiences.
Customers are permitted to provide honest feedback, subject to applicable law and the policies of the platform where the review is posted.
Sonicific does not require customers to provide favorable opinions.
Legitimate negative feedback is not removed merely because it expresses dissatisfaction with a product or customer experience.
Review Moderation

- Claim guaranteed outcomes.
Affiliate Disclosure
Creators, influencers, and affiliates must clearly disclose material relationships with Sonicific where required.
A material relationship may include:
- Affiliate commissions;
- Monetary compensation;
- Free products;
- Discounted products;
- Sponsorship;
- Employment;
- Other valuable benefits.

User-Generated Content
Customers may voluntarily submit:
- Photos;
- Videos;

- Testimonials;

If Sonicific requests permission to use customer-created content in marketing, Sonicific will seek appropriate authorization before using the content where required.
Customers should not submit content that they do not have the right to provide.
Product and Health Claims
Sonicific and its authorized partners should use product claims that are truthful, accurate, and appropriately substantiated.
For dietary supplements, applicable structure/function and other claims must comply with applicable regulatory requirements.
Disease claims are subject to different requirements and should not be made casually through product pages, advertisements, affiliate content, testimonials, or social-media posts.
Creators and affiliates should not independently create medical claims about Sonicific products or represent a supplement as treating, curing, or preventing a disease.
Testimonials and Individual Results
Individual experiences are not necessarily representative of what every customer will experience.
Testimonials should not be presented in a way that creates a misleading impression of typical results.
Where applicable, promotional content should provide appropriate context concerning individual results.
A personal testimonial should accurately represent the person's genuine experience and should not be presented as a guaranteed outcome for other customers.
Artificial Engagement
Sonicific prohibits the use of artificial methods designed to manipulate:
- Reviews;
- Ratings;
- Likes;
- Followers;
- Views;
- Shares;
- Comments;
- Affiliate clicks;
- Conversion data.
This includes bot-generated or purchased engagement intended to create a misleading impression of popularity or consumer interest.
Enforcement
Sonicific may investigate suspected violations of this Policy.
Depending on the circumstances, Sonicific may:
- Request clarification;
- Remove or restrict content where permitted;
- Suspend a creator relationship;
- Suspend an affiliate account;
- Reverse commissions associated with invalid activity;
- Report violations to the applicable platform;
- Take other appropriate lawful action.
Actions may depend on the nature of the activity, the applicable platform rules, the available information, and applicable law.
Third-Party Platforms
Reviews, comments, and creator content published on Amazon, TikTok Shop, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, Google, or other third-party platforms are also subject to those platforms' policies.
Users are responsible for complying with the applicable platform's rules.
Where a third-party platform imposes additional or stricter requirements, users should follow those applicable requirements when publishing or promoting Sonicific-related content.
