Having an issue with a marketplace order?

If you purchased a Sonicific product through Amazon, Walmart, eBay, Etsy, eCrater, or another marketplace and your order arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, missing, or you experience another issue, please contact Sonicific. We’ll review the information you provide and help determine the appropriate next step.
